The HR staff at AISZ did a great job in
securing a wonderful apartment for us in an ideal location.
The photo above captures our view of the Zagreb Cathedral's
spires, as seen from our living room window.  The
apartment in Grskoviceva had so many things to offer.
For Tracy's job, it was less than 100 meters from the tram
stop, and the tram ran directly to the school's stop. For
Dale, it was 10-minute walk the to Dolac market to do the
grocery shopping. On weekends, all the sites of the old town
were just a few minutes walk. Whether we wanted to stroll to
the row of restaurants or tour the old town, everything was
but a short walk. And the apartment was fabulous-spacious,
light, and fully furnished. We had everything we would
conceivably need and, should any issue arise, our upstairs
landlords Ezther and Damir were always ready to help us with
any issues.  They also treated us royally, bringing
Croatian wine and cheeses, and also ready with excellent
travel advice.  The house had a fully equipped kitchen, a
large living room and bedroom, a bathroom with jacuzzi tub,
and two room for laundry and overflow. Below is a virtual tour
of our apartment at 9 Ulica Nike Grskoviceva.
